The Group C Junior category allowed independent manufacturers to compete in a highly contested category at the time. Prototypes benefiting from lower homologation weights have thus emerged. Mainly powered by the famous Cosworth V8 engine from F1, the most successful Group C Junior were produced by Gordon Spice. Representative of the category, the SPICE SE89 chassis 09 is offered for sale and offers the opportunity to buy the best C2. It won the Group C Junior category at the 1990 24 Hours of Le Mans, which was the last race in the category before it merged with Group C.
