1962 JAGUAR E TYPE SEMI-LIGHTWEIGHT - Famous E-Type. Front-runner in the Tour Auto, Le Mans Classic

This particular Jaguar E Type was delivered new on November 27th, 1962 as confirmed by its Jaguar Heritage Certificate. It was the object of a complete restoration and a meticulous development by Nigel Morris (Valley Motorsport) for John Minshaw. Valley Motorsport is a renowned English workshop. They built very competitive E Type for the Minshaw brothers. During the Minshaw ownership, the E type carried the registration number TUF6.

In 2008, John Minshaw sold TUF6 to a talented French gentleman driver and it regularly finished in the leading places of the many events it is eligible to compete in.

The French pilot entered the E Type in many prestigious races such as the Tour Auto (which it has already raced in on five occasions), Spa Classic, 10.000 Tours du Castellet, Spa 6 hours, GT and Sports Car Cup, and Le Mans Classic (which it has already raced in three occasions).

He performed very well achieving eight victories against several extremely competitive Cobras.
