1962 JAGUAR E TYPE SEMI-LIGHTWEIGHT FIA - Very competitive E Type - Numerous participations in the Tour Auto and Le Mans Classic.

A well-known E-Type Jaguar that regularly leads historic races

This Jaguar E-Type was delivered new on November 27, 1962  in Island as evidenced by its Jaguar Heritage Certificate.

It was fully prepared by Nigel Morris (Valley Motorsport) for John Minshaw. Valley Motorsport is a renowned English trainer who has made a name for himself in the world of historic racing thanks in particular to the E-Type Jaguars driven by the Minshaw brothers. At that time it carried the registration TUF6.

 

In 2008, John Minshaw sold this very competitive E-Type to a French gentleman driver who entered it in prestigious races where it has always been at the top of the rankings. She has participated in the Tour Auto 5 times and Le Mans Classic 3 times. Its crew managed to win it 8 times (8 scrath victories), in particular against the most formidable AC Cobra.

This renowned Type E offers its new owner the opportunity to participate in the most prestigious events both on the road and on the circuit. It is registered in England and has a valid Historical Technical Passport.

A very complete file of maintenance and preparation work carried out in recent years accompanies this Type E which is ready to run the 2015 season.
